Student Regulation Agreement

Student Regulations

I hereby declare that I will comply with all rules and regulations while attending Midwest University and will comply with my dignity, ethics, and morals as a student. I will accept any penalties if I do not follow the below:

  • I won't do anything that interferes with the academic atmosphere during my studies (tardiness, absences, offensive language, etc.)
  • I will do my best to develop my intellectual and spiritual knowledge and enhance a positive learning environment (being prepared for class, regular attendance, church ministry, etc.)
  • I will be honest and sincere to complete all of my studies as a student.
  • If there is false information in the documents submitted, I will not object to the cancellation of admission.
  • I will follow the dress policy (suit), use proper language, and maintain personal cleanliness.

Refund Policy (after submitting the application):

  • The Application Fee ($100) is NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • 15-week program: 1 wk: 90%, 3 wks: 70%, 5 wks: 50%, 7 wks: 30%; after 7 weeks — no refund.
  • 8-week program: 1 wk: 90%, 2 wks: 70%, 3 wks: 50%, 4 wks: 30%; after 4 weeks — no refund.
  • Refund Processing Fee: $30.00.

Scholarship Eligibility:

  • Undergraduate: minimum 12 credits/semester; Graduate (Master): 9 credits; Doctoral: 8 credits.
  • Grade of B or higher required in each course to maintain scholarship eligibility.

Graduation:

  • Prospective graduates must attend the graduation ceremony at Midwest University in the US and pay the graduation fee.
  • Music majors must complete a graduation recital and pay the evaluation fee ($500) plus transportation and venue fees.
